Notification triggers
This notification is generated when the system fails to upload the cached bills to the server due to timing or threshold exceeding.
Possible reason 1: The link between the device and the bill server is faulty.
Possible reason 2: The FTP username or password used to log in to the bill server is incorrect.
System impact
Bills cannot be uploaded to the server, and the number of bills cached on the device increases, which occupies a large amount of memory. When the number of cached bills reached the upper limit, the system discards new bills.

Recommended action
For possible reason 1:
1.Use display current-configuration to view the local bill configuration, and verify that the IP address of the bill server is correct.
- If the IP address is incorrect, execute the local-bill export-url command in system view to set the correct IP address.
- If the IP address is correct, proceed to step 2.
2.Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Technical Support.
For possible reason 2:
3.Verify that you have obtained the correct FTP username and password, and then use the local-bill export-url command in system view to set the bill server URL.
Make sure the URL that carries the username and password is in the ftp://username:password@server/path format. For example, ftp://1:[email protected]/lbill. The username argument represents the FTP username, the password argument represents the FTP password, and the server argument represents the IP address or host name of the FTP server.
If the FTP username contains a domain name, the device ignores the domain name. For example, ftp://1@abc:[email protected]/lbill is processed as ftp://1:[email protected]/lbill.
4.Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Technical Support.
