Notification triggers
This notification is generated when an L2TP user fails to come online.
Possible reasons include:
The number of L2TP sessions has reached the maximum limit.
Negotiation fails during the online process.
During the online process, the tunnel's carrier port goes down.
System impact
When the number of L2TP users on the device exceeds the device's capacity, subsequent L2TP user online attempts fail.
User traffic is interrupted.
