本章将为您介绍Boot包、System包、IPE文件等启动软件包的升级过程，包含以下内容：

请按“软件升级前准备”章节内容完成升级前的准备。
从PC上下载升级所需的软件到设备。下载软件的详细介绍请参见“附录A 下载升级软件”章节。
· boot-loader命令可以直接指定IPE文件，也可以指定Boot包和System包，此处以指定IPE文件为例。
· 不同设备的命令行配置可能略有差异，请以设备实际情况为准。本节以S10500系列交换机为例。
· 对于框式设备，单主控与双主控的升级过程相同，均按本节操作即可。

请按“软件升级前准备”章节内容完成升级前的准备。
从PC上下载升级所需的软件包到设备。下载软件的详细介绍请参见“附录A 下载升级软件”章节。
返回到BootWare扩展段主菜单，然后键入<0>，重启设备。
对于框式设备，若设备上有主用主控板和备用主控板，需要通过Console口分别进入主用主控板和备用主控板的BootWare菜单进行升级操作，同时需要连接对应主控板的管理用以太网接口。
· 通过ISSU命令升级时，需要通过display version comp-matrix命令来判断新版本软件包的升级策略是兼容升级还是不兼容升级。
· 本章节中的IRF包含两台设备，且每台设备均安装两块主控板。
· 单主控与双主控的升级过程相同，均按本节操作即可。
· 不同设备的命令行提示信息可能略有差异，请以设备实际情况为准。
