Manage NetFlow configuration

ARM hosts do not support NetFlow configuration.

 

NetFlow collects traffic passing through a virtual switch and periodically sends the traffic to a NetFlow collector for monitoring and analysis.

Add a NetFlow collector

  1. From the left navigation pane, select Resources > host pool name > host name or Resources > host pool name > cluster name > host name.

  1. Click the vSwitches tab.

  1. Click the 12.png icon for a virtual switch.

  1. Click the NetFlow tab.

  1. Click Add.

  1. Configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."

  1. Click OK.

Delete a NetFlow collector

  1. From the left navigation pane, select Resources > host pool name > host name or Resources > host pool name > cluster name > host name.

  1. Click the vSwitches tab.

  1. Click the 12.png icon for a virtual switch.

  1. Click the NetFlow tab.

  1. Click the 10.png icon for a NetFlow collector.

  1. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.

Configure the activity stream export timeout

  1. From the left navigation pane, select Resources > host pool name > host name or Resources > host pool name > cluster name > host name.

  1. Click the vSwitches tab.

  1. Click the 12.png icon for a virtual switch.

  1. Click the NetFlow tab.

  1. Click Configure.

  1. Configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."

  1. Click OK.
