Public network users can access virtual applications by logging in to the client through the gateway method. This feature allows you to configure gateway settings for public network users, for example, adding, editing, and deleting gateway settings.
Gateway settings are required only when public network users access virtual applications by logging in to the client through the gateway method. Gateway settings are not required when public network users log in to the client to access cloud desktops. |
From the navigation pane, select System Settings > Gateway Settings.
The page that opens displays the gateways in all stations incorporated by Space Center.
Click Add, or select a station and then click Add. On the page that opens, configure gateway parameters, and specify an intranet IP address as needed.
Name: Enter the gateway name.
Description: Enter a description of the gateway.
Domain Name: Specify the public network domain name for the user.
Public Net IP Address: Specify the public network IP address for the gateway to provide services.
Public Net VDP Port: Specify the public network port number mapped to the VDP port number (default setting is 8860) of the VDI gateway.
Public Net Virtual Application Port: Specify the public network port number for the virtual application protocol used to manage the communication between the management platform and virtual application through the gateway.
Public Net VNC Port: Specify the public network port number mapped to the VDP port number for the VDI gateway, which is used by the management platform for remote assistance of IDV and VOI endpoints through the gateway.
Intranet Net VDP Port: Specify the VDP port number used by the intranet IP address.
Intranet Net Virtual Application Port: Specify the port number used by the intranet IP address to connect to virtual applications.
Intranet IP Address: Specify the intranet IP address of the gateway.
Type: Specify the type of the intranet IP address. Options are VDP and Virtual Application.
Click OK.
From the navigation pane, select System Settings > Gateway Settings.
The page that opens displays the gateways in all stations incorporated by Space Center.
Click Edit in the Actions column for a gateway. On the page that opens, edit the gateway parameters. For more information about the parameter description, see "Add a gateway."
Click OK.

In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
